This level provides access to all of the tools in the App Store for up to 10000 active student-course seats with a data retention policy of 20 months for each course from most recent activity in the course. For example, if you have 3 semesters per year, 50 classes per semester using the service and average 40 students per class, the number of active seats per year for this example would be 3 X 50 X 40 or 6000 active seats in a year.
